French Bakery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager at Le Boulanger Francais - The French Baker Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs and bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
