Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Supervise and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train new staff, and oversee payroll administration.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
