We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Technician to join our team at MBI I.T. Services. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Generate detailed incident tickets and determine the level of urgency/severity of the problem.
- Resolve technical issues at the first level whenever possible.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and staff over the phone.
- Manage complaints and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Provide general technical support and information.
- Available to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma + College or university enrollment/degree.
- 1-5 Years' experience in the IT Tech Support/Help Desk service industry.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
- Technical knowledge of hardware, Windows 7, and Windows 10 operating systems.
- Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
- No Criminal Record.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- College diploma or university degree in computer science and/or information technologies.
- CompTIA A+ Certifications.
