Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share goals and drive revenue growth
- Manage inventory levels, including new and used whole goods, to minimize aging and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop standardized build codes for inventory products
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and market intelligence to inform business decisions
- Travel regularly to interact with customers and provide guidance on sales strategy and product knowledge
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve long-term success for the company and our customers
- Work closely with our branch sales teams to build relationships with mill yard customers and develop multi-level sales strategies
- Provide feedback to our engineering team to inform the development of new attachments and products
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and French
- Proven sales leadership experience in the forestry industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly
