Senior Director of Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Sales to lead our New Business Sales and Sales Development Teams in Halifax. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the SVP, Revenue and be responsible for driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue and pipeline quotas.
- Oversee lead routing process and measure success against SLAs with Marketing.
- Collaborate with Events and Content teams to deliver a high-quality experience for our leads.
- Develop and execute sequences to drive sales performance.
- Coach and mentor Sales Development Managers and Sales Representatives.
- Run disqualify and lost deal analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Invest in and develop a world-class Sales Development team.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive go-to-market plans.
- Manage the New Business forecast and pipeline reporting.
- Represent Dash Hudson at sales calls and events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling in the SaaS industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
