Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and be able to travel as required.
- Work Environment and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, teamwork, accuracy, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, accountability, and dependability.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
