Job Title: Automotive Dealership Supervisor

At Infiniti Downtown, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Dealership Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our dealership, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and address training needs for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of the staff supervised, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to prevent disruptions to business operations.
  • Procure materials and supplies to support dealership operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours of work per week.
