About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Dealership Supervisor to join our team at Infiniti Downtown. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our dealership and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency
    • Identify and address training needs for staff members
  • Staff Development and Performance
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Co-ordinate and assign work to staff members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
