Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Dealership Supervisor to join our team at Infiniti Downtown. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and identifying workers' training needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Identify workers' training needs and develop training programs to enhance their skills
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with job requirements
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support business operations
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
