About the Role:
The Associate Audit Manager is a key member of our Internal Audit team, responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management and control processes. As a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, you will work closely with our business leaders to identify and mitigate risks, and provide expert advice on audit and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our risk management and control processes
- Develop and implement audit plans to identify and mitigate risks
- Provide expert advice on audit and compliance matters to business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external auditors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our risk management and control processes are aligned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry risks and processes
- Proven track record of leading internal audits and developing effective risk management and control processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
