Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at 13598675 Canada Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management structures.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests and reputation.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive business success.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high-performing teams.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word, with ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Operations Management: Expertise in operations management, with a focus on optimizing business processes and improving efficiency.
- Sales: Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with ability to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Large Workload: Ability to manage a large workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
