About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at 13598675 Canada Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective structure and governance.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business success.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word, with ability to analyze data, create reports, and communicate effectively.
Area of Specialization
  • Operations management and sales, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
