TEKsystems is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer to join our team

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is undergoing a significant digital transformation. They are modernizing their products and services, including migrating their on-premises CRM to the cloud. This presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer to play a key role in this journey.

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer, you will be responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance. You will work closely with a team of agile developers to deliver user-friendly and scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
  • Design, document, develop, and deliver user-friendly and scalable technical solutions based on information architecture, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce and maintain architecture and design documents throughout the development process and post-release.
  • Participate in implementation across various environments (development, test, and production), including the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Maintain existing applications, including incident resolution and production support.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 configurations and development.
  • Programming experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, ODATA, JSON, PowerShell, and Web services.
  • Advanced experience with software engineering practices such as TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, Fake First.
  • Mastery of object-oriented programming concepts. Good knowledge of SOLID design principles and design patterns.
  • Experience developing robust automated tests.
  • Experience with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OpenID Connect & OAuth).
  • Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
