The Role: CRM Implementation Specialist - Dynamics 365

As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the configuration, testing, training, and production deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You'll ensure adherence to best practices for deployment and configuration at our clients' sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the solution according to the analysis document, adhering to industry standards.
  • Develop comprehensive internal training materials for clients and conduct training sessions to empower them as super users of the new system.
  • Guide clients throughout the configuration, customization, testing, and launch phases, ensuring a clear understanding of the implemented processes.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex cases effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • College technical diploma (DEC) in business or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in the professional services industry, adult training, or consulting.
  • Relevant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, particularly Sales (an asset).

Certification:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is highly valued.

Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to client locations may be required.

Skills:

  • Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the broader suite of management applications.
