Job Description

As a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journeys. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping and implementing tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops to gather functional requirements and gain a deep understanding of client business processes. Analyze these processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Customize and configure the sales, customer service, and potentially field service modules within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM software platform at client sites.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of process interactions to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Create detailed functional specifications that clearly define system requirements.
  • Provide support to clients during functional and integrated testing phases.
  • Conduct training sessions for client super-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in information technology (computer science, software engineering, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate five years of proven experience as a consultant specializing in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Exhibit strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: sales, marketing, customer service, field service, or project management.
  • Possess hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including sales, Customer Service (Field Service, Marketing, Power Apps portals are an asset).
  • Experience with Power Automate is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in JavaScript are beneficial.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of best business practices and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Be willing to travel within the province of Quebec to fulfill client mandates.
