Job Summary

MPREX Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventorying.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other reports.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects and events.
    • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
    • Experience
      • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office.
    Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
