Mount Saint Vincent University is seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Advancement to lead our fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships with alumni, donors, and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and university leadership
  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to support the university's priorities
  • Collaborate with the Mount Saint Vincent Alumni Association to enhance alumni engagement and stewardship
  • Work with senior management to establish fundraising best practices and strategies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in senior fundraising development roles
