About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Traffic Controller to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all Impark partners and clients, ensuring positive experiences and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the work area to Impark standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Traffic Control: Assist in directing traffic, including guiding traffic at entry and exit points, and controlling traffic flow to ensure efficient parking operations.
  • Vehicle Management: Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling of parking spaces, and assist with blocking/positioning barricades as required.
  • Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the manager or shift lead.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, as directed by the operations manager.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as a team with your manager and coworkers to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 18 years of age.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate with guests.
