Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules, determining the type of services to be offered, and implementing operational procedures.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and cost products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and as a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
