Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Direct and supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and goals.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation of the office.
  • Communication: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
