Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

At EightSix Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and sales team to identify sales growth strategies and establish sales targets.
  • Manage sales performances and ensure sales teams are leveraging corporate programs and communications effectively.
  • Develop and deploy sales analytics and reporting tools to support sales teams.
  • Provide quotes and secure business as required.
  • Co-organize and facilitate sales meetings, CE events, and trade shows.
  • Develop and deploy social media communications and work with marketing and merchandising on BC relevant promotions.
  • Manage equipment and administration tasks, including sales credits, re-assignments, and aging inventory.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer-centric environment.
