Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on restaurant performance and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
