Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our equipment and building maintenance teams in Valcourt. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Coach and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
