Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance

We are looking for a Department Manager, Equipment and Building Maintenance, reporting to the Manufacturing/Maintenance Manager, Valcourt Operations, to lead the teams that carry out BRP’s equipment and building maintenance work in Valcourt.
Lead a team of general supervisors and maintenance planning team leaders who are responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings at various Valcourt sites, and the non-stock warehouse management team.
~Coach and develop your team in line with best practice and sound management of building and grounds equipment.
~Work in partnership with various department heads at different sites, including Production, Industrial Engineering, the Research & Development centre, Electric Vehicles and other sites.
~Establish a long-term strategic vision by adapting maintenance services to the reality of a constantly evolving business.
~Monitor performance indicators and update the scorecard.
~YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
~Bachelor’s degree or Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in industrial engineering or industrial maintenance technology or equivalent. Any other combination of relevant training and experience will also be considered.
~At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management.
~Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in line with a partnership approach (Human Resources/Labour Relations Committee/Management).
~Knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Guide Ti.
~Good knowledge of plant and building maintenance.
~The ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
