Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Control: Establish and maintain effective financial control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
