Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
