Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of food services.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
- Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
