Food Service Manager

Milano Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting quality control standards and customer expectations.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining open communication with management and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Milano Pizza is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Term:This is a permanent position.Hours:
The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
