Food Service Manager

Milano Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, using this information to inform business decisions and improve our services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Milano Pizza is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
