Job Title: Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at 1192820 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior HR or organizational development role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal awareness and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
