Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Fraser Health's vision and priorities
  • Lead the development of organizational plans and reports, including Objectives and Key Results, Service Plan, and Annual Service Plan Report
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors to develop and communicate the organization-wide perspective of major initiatives and changes
  • Partner with clinical and corporate departments to develop annual and strategic plans that align with provincial and Fraser Health priorities
  • Engage with corporate support partners to align data collection and reporting, risk management, and communication planning to executive planning needs and decisions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Health, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 10 years' recent planning, evaluation, or strategic transformation experience
  • Expert knowledge of strategic planning, change, and project management principles
  • Ability to operate a PC and effectively utilize a variety of software applications
