About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our global staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 3 BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express
  • Participate in the upgrade of these systems to version 14.1, including planning, upgrading, and testing
  • Collaborate with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
  • Document and update documentation of the above systems
  • Configure and maintain Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway)
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Call manager, especially version 12 and above
  • Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB, preferably
  • Experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC), Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB), and Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
Preferred Skills
  • Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
  • Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution
