About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at LYN Group Inc. as a strategic business leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination
    • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of administrative services
    • Ensure efficient use of resources and effective service delivery
  • Department Operations Evaluation
    • Evaluate the performance of department operations and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Daily Operations Management
    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the department
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff members
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Financial Management
    • Collect and record administrative and service fees
    • Manage department budgets and financial resources
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management or related field
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and QuickBooks
