Your responsibilities will include:

Creating exceptional customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and via email Demonstrating empathy and understanding for our customers by recognizing their needs and situations Educating and empowering customers to achieve their financial objectives through credit building Maximizing retail store growth through various cross-sales and add-on products Clearly communicating the terms and conditions of our financial offerings Supporting retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, and maintaining store merchandising Collecting all necessary information to process customer applications for products and services with meticulous attention to detail Being transparent by clearly communicating the terms and conditions of our lease agreements and adhering to best-in-class sales practices to minimize future collections

We are looking for individuals who:

Are excellent communicators with a focus on people and results, aiming to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction Show compassion and integrity in every transaction, genuinely caring for our customers Have some experience in a customer-facing role Can pass background checks (criminal, employment) Hold a full class driver's license (considered an asset) Are capable of lifting 50+ pounds (considered an asset)
