Bannister Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Leasing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and preferences to provide personalized vehicle recommendations
  • Complete quotes and explain financing and leasing options for new and used vehicles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on new vehicle releases and technologies to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 or N driver's license
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
