The O’Connor Group is actively seeking an energetic, eager to learn individual who is dedicated, and customer focused with a “can do” attitude to fill the position of RV F&I Consultant in our BCRV Sales Department.

**General Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Responsible for the financing and leasing duties at the dealership.
- Assist in selling cars by putting together financing packages that best meet the customer’s needs, financial circumstances, and credit histories while providing an acceptable return to the dealership.
- Responsible for after sales products such as extended warranties and service packages.
- Responsible for staying current on financing options, availability requirements and incentives to provide sales consultants and customers with advice on vehicle acquisition alternatives.
- Responsible for training and preparing sales consultants about financing programs and current rates to facilitate the presentation of financing options to the customer.
- Developing and maintaining a relationship with Financial Services to promote and expedite the credit approval process.
- Handles customer inquiries and concerns and ensures they are resolved promptly to achieve customer satisfaction and company requirements; keeps Sales Manager informed and ensures appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.
- Provides reports as required on all sales activities including follow-up, prospecting, sales presentations, new clients, etc., to ensure accurate sales forecasts where possible.
- Maintains records of all sales contacts, activities and changes in DMS.
- Ensures the completion of all preparatory sales paperwork accurately, promptly, and according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Any F&I experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
- Valid VSA License (or willing to obtain license)
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean Drivers Abstract

**Compensation**
- Industry leading Commission based pay structure.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver’s abstract in order to qualify for employment.
