Job Summary
The Housing Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to provide an Experience of a Lifetime for employee residents. This role focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, vibrant, and affordable housing atmosphere that complies with all regulatory standards. The individual will cultivate a welcoming culture, serve as a resource for residents throughout their journey, and ensure all legal documentation is properly completed.

- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the housing concierge for residents, ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Guarantee that resident license agreements, legal documents, and related move-in/move-out paperwork are complete.
- Collaborate with the housing team to ensure all information is accurate and complete within the housing management system.
- Assist with daily operations, including data entry, file maintenance, and mail delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Facilitate communication with residents, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents.
- Enhance the experience for residents and housing staff while promoting the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
- Support employee wellness initiatives in Employee Housing, ensuring alignment with the company vision.
- Implement standardized best practices in support of the enterprise-wide housing strategy.
- Cultivate a safe, enjoyable, and diverse housing culture that contributes to an experience of a lifetime for employees.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest service-related role.
- Strong guest service and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with StarRez or similar room management software is preferred.
- Background in data management.
- Familiarity with software system maintenance and training is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills required.
- Ability to lift 11-25 lbs.
