Join our team as a Housing Coordinator and create an unforgettable experience for our employee residents. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, inclusive, and vibrant living environment that meets the needs of our residents.
About the Role
- Act as a housing concierge for residents, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage resident license agreements, legal documents, and related paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the housing team to maintain accurate information in our housing system, StarRez.
- Assist with daily operations, including data entry, file maintenance, and mail delivery.
- Communicate effectively with residents, managers, and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Elevate the resident experience by driving the Employee Value Proposition and supporting employee wellness strategies.
- Deliver best-practices in support of our enterprise-wide Housing strategy, ensuring a safe and fun living environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years' experience in Guest Service or a related field
- Excellent Guest Service and multi-tasking ability
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, especially Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with StarRez or other room management software programs
- Experience in data management and software system maintenance
- English language skills: strong written and verbal required
- Ability to lift 11-25lbs
