Junior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our internal staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Set up new user accounts and PC equipment, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Assist with user training and IT education, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support team members, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing impact on operations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related fields, or relevant work experience in desktop support.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Office 365 setup and administration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
