  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Compile data and statistics, and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for team members
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week
