Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior management at CB Canada. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel and meeting arrangements for senior management
- Coach and manage other support staff and customer relations
- Manage calendars and schedules for senior management
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate records are kept
- Manage incoming calls and emails for senior management
- Develop and prepare presentations for senior management
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of calendar management and scheduling
- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SharePoint a plus
