  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate records are kept
  • Manage incoming calls and emails for senior management
  • Develop and prepare presentations for senior management

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of calendar management and scheduling
  • Excellent social skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SharePoint a plus
