Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an annual strategic business plan for sales development and growth.
- Represent the Rockwell Automation portfolio of products and services, providing technical and application knowledge to internal and external customers.
- Manage an opportunity funnel to achieve sales objectives and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support Westburne and Rockwell Automation sales representatives with account planning and execution.
- Act as a pre-sale technical consultant, providing technical solutions to customers and conducting technical presentations and product updates.
- Provide post-sale technical support to build customer competency and confidence.
- Attend supplier partner training to maintain specialized product and application knowledge.
- Execute product launches, seminars, and promotional programs to expand market penetration.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Technology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automation or technical product sales/support.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including Strategic Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, and Conceptual Selling.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding of electrical circuits and industrial automation.
- Product and application knowledge of Rockwell Automation Controllers, HMI's, and software.
- Ability to accurately interpret single-line electrical drawings and understand industrial networking and Ethernet I/P.
