About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and licensed massage therapist to join our team at Ponoka Physiotherapy and Acupuncture clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation methods, and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and discomfort in clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' muscle and joint health, proposing personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining procedures, risks, and benefits, and maintaining accurate records of treatments provided.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Requirements
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
  • Experience in a private practice setting is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a temporary, part-time position, with a variable schedule of 20-30 hours per week. The work language is English.
