Are you a results-driven professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for sales and a knack for building strong relationships? We're seeking a highly motivated Lease Portfolio Manager to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing guests into another lease contract.
  • Contact guests prior to lease-end to schedule a vehicle inspection of their current vehicle.
  • Work with Product Advisors to review questions, concerns, or special requests guests may have about entering into a new lease contract.
  • Present lease renewal options.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
  • Assist in the overall sales process, including presenting features, options, and benefits of new vehicle models.
  • Work with Financial Service Office managers to schedule successfully completed lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on current vehicle features to maintain a high standard of product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quick learner and team player.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Previous sales experience and ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
