Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Technology Specialist to join our team in Oakville, Canada. As a key member of our Regional Process Office, you will be responsible for supporting our consultants to analyze, optimize and digitalize business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with the consultants and process owners.
- Develop and implement process optimization and digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvements.
- Participate in process optimization and design workshops as part of an agile project team.
- Support our internal improvement, idea and innovation programs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master's degree or bachelor's degree in computer engineering/computer science or relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with international project members.
- Basic knowledge of algorithms and coding.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
