**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to support our Water Services organization. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements and optimizations to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Map current and future processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop training materials and present to global teams to execute process improvements
- Host round tables to solicit feedback and continuous improvement projects
- Problem-solve business issues and provide recommendations for improvement
**Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or equivalent related discipline
- General information technology background with competencies in project management, process/product improvement, database management, and business process management
**Desirable Skills**
- Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Ability to work with customers and leadership in remote locations
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and perseverance
