The Sales Consultant will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for guiding and influencing clients in selecting furniture and accessories that match their style and personality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Participate in product merchandising, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked
  • Assist in maintaining the professional image and design of Mobilia, ensuring that our stores are clean and well-maintained
  • Perform other duties as required, including research, market knowledge, and customer follow-up
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, combined with knowledge of interior design and/or the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and demonstrate empathy
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • English (oral and written) language proficiency
  • Interior design background or education is a requirement
