Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Sales Consultant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering in-home sales presentations to homeowners, providing them with all the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners to provide product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes.
- Embody honesty and integrity while employing a value-based selling process to close sales during in-home consultations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills and knowledge of products.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 2 hours to appointments and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating applications on an iPad.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
