About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transfer Agency Private Markets Team as an Associate II. In this role, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day operations of our team, managing workflows, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with other business units and departments within State Street.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of groups by overseeing workflows and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other TA business units and departments within State Street to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage client Service Level Agreements and internal/external KPIs to ensure they are met.
- Work on other projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Qualifications
