We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transfer Agency Private Markets Team as an Associate II. This role plays a critical part in the overall success of our organization, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of groups by overseeing workflows and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with other business units and departments within State Street to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage client Service Level Agreements and internal/external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure they are met.
- Work on various projects and tasks as assigned, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of mutual fund operations experience.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
